You can now choose the tier that matches your growth stage, with transparent limits for data retention and support.
Available tiers
- Core: retains data for 2 months and includes basic support
- Pro: retains data for 14 months and adds priority support
- Max: retains data forever and includes dedicated support, API access, and premium integrations
What this means for workspace limitations
- Data retention limits vary by tier (2 months, 14 months, or forever)
- Support level is tied to plan (basic, priority, or dedicated)
- Advanced capabilities such as API access and premium integrations are available on higher tiers
If your team needs longer historical visibility, faster support, or deeper integrations, upgrading to Pro or Max will remove key operational constraints.
