How to Pull Traffic and Lead Reports with the DigitalPilot MCP Server

Use this weekly reporting workflow to analyze channel trends, UTM attribution, high-intent accounts, and lead volume in DigitalPilot.

Who This Is For

Teams doing weekly analytics and demand review.

Key Reporting Tools

  • get_report_overview: company-level traffic rows with filters (high_intent, channel, search).
  • get_report_channel: grouped channel totals.
  • get_report_utm: grouped source/medium/campaign attribution.
  • list_leads: paginated lead list with date/source/search filters.
  • get_report_dashboard: dashboard summary rollup (if you want top-level KPIs).

Suggested Weekly Review Sequence

  1. get_report_channel for top channel trends.
  2. get_report_utm for campaign/source attribution.
  3. get_report_overview with high_intent: true for account-level opportunities.
  4. list_leads to verify lead volume and source mix.
  5. get_domain_activities for specific target domains showing intent spikes.

Date Format and Pagination

  • Dates are YYYY-MM-DD.
  • Most list/report tools support page + limit.
  • If results look incomplete, increase limit or iterate pages.

Troubleshooting

  • No rows returned: verify date range and whether traffic exists for that window.
  • Unexpected totals: compare grouped (channel/utm) vs row-level (overview) output.
  • Search not matching: verify domain/email text normalization and partial-match behavior.
