Configure the Attio Integration
Connect Attio to DigitalPilot to enrich visitor insights with CRM context—In CRM badges, account links, and people from your pipeline.
What the Attio Integration Does
The Attio integration connects your Attio CRM workspace to DigitalPilot so website visitor intelligence is enriched with CRM context. After you connect, DigitalPilot matches identified companies to Attio records by domain and shows In CRM status across Visitor Insights. On each account page you can open the Attio company record and view linked contacts in the People tab.
Prerequisites
- A DigitalPilot workspace with the tracking tag installed on your website.
- An Attio workspace with company records that include website or domain fields DigitalPilot can match.
- A DigitalPilot user with permission to manage workspace integrations.
Step-by-Step Instructions
1. Go to Attio in Integrations
- Log in to your DigitalPilot account.
- Open your workspace.
- In the menu, go to Integrations.
- Click Attio to open the Attio integration page.
2. Connect Attio
- Click Connect Attio.
- Sign in to Attio when prompted and approve access for DigitalPilot.
- You will return to DigitalPilot with a confirmation that Attio is connected.
Connection is per DigitalPilot workspace (tag). Connect Attio separately for each workspace that should use CRM enrichment.
3. Verify the integration
- Open Visitor Insights or Dashboard. DigitalPilot refreshes Attio data automatically when you open these views (at most once per browser session).
- Open a company that exists in Attio with a matching domain.
- Confirm you see In CRM and that the link opens the correct Attio company record.
- On the account page, open the People tab to view linked Attio contacts (name, title, email, and phone when available).
4. Reconnect if needed
If tokens expire or access is revoked, open Integrations → Attio and click Reconnect Attio to authorize again.
Tips for Best Results
- Keep company domains consistent between Attio and the domains DigitalPilot identifies on your site.
- Associate people records with the correct companies in Attio so the People tab is populated.
- No field mapping or sync rules are required in DigitalPilot—Attio is the source of truth after OAuth.
What You Will See in DigitalPilot
- Visitor Insights list — In CRM badge on matched companies.
- Account detail page — In CRM status with a direct link to the Attio record, or Not in CRM when no match exists.
- People tab — Contacts from Attio with View in CRM links.
