Set Up Payment in DigitalPilot

This article shows you how to add a payment method in DigitalPilot so you can activate and manage your ABM campaigns without interruptions.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Access the Billing Portal

  • Log in to your DigitalPilot account.
  • In the menu, click on Billing Portal to open your payment settings.

2. Add a Payment Method

  • Under the Payment Method section, click “+ Add payment method”.
  • Enter your credit card information, including:
    • Card number
    • Expiration date
    • CVV
    • Country
    • Postal Code
  • Click Done to save your payment method.

3. Review Your Billing Information

  • Make sure your billing details are accurate, including:
    • Name
    • Email
    • Billing address
    • Phone number
  • If you need to make changes, click “Update Information” and edit the necessary fields.
  • Save your changes when you're finished.

Tips & Best Practices

  • Double-check your billing info before launching a campaign to avoid failed payments.
  • Update your payment method promptly if your card expires or changes.

Use a shared billing email if multiple team members need access to invoices.
