A smoother mobile experience for your workspace

DigitalPilot on phone and tablet now has quicker navigation — an iOS-style bottom bar for Dashboard, Visitor Insights, and My Workspaces, plus a sticky top bar that stays with you as you scroll.

Getting around DigitalPilot on a phone or tablet should feel as natural as using the apps you open every day. That is the idea behind this update: keep the full power of the product, but make the most important destinations easier to reach when you are not sitting at a desktop.

We added a floating bottom bar designed for mobile and tablet. It sits above the bottom of the screen in a familiar, iOS-style layout so your thumb can get to what matters without hunting through the full navigation. From that bar you can jump straight to Dashboard for a quick read on performance, open Visitor Insights when you want to see who is on your site, and return to My Workspaces when you need to switch context.

My Workspaces is shown as your company logo, not a generic icon. That small detail makes it clearer which workspace you are in and gives the bar a more personal, branded feel — especially if you manage more than one site or client.

We also improved how the top of the app behaves while you scroll. The top bar stays sticky on mobile and tablet, so the DigitalPilot logo and main menu remain available as you move through reports, lead lists, account insights, and settings. You no longer lose the header mid-page or have to scroll all the way back up just to open the menu. The bar keeps a clean white background so content can pass underneath without looking washed out or hard to read.

The header itself is lighter on smaller screens. Controls that made more sense on desktop were pulled out of the top area so the page title and content get more room. The result is a calmer first view and less visual noise when you are reviewing activity on the go.

This update is aimed at the moments when DigitalPilot is used away from the desk: checking overnight traffic, reviewing a high-intent account before a call, or switching workspaces between meetings. You still have the full sidebar menu for everything else. The new bottom bar simply puts the highest-frequency paths closer to reach.

If you already use DigitalPilot on your phone or tablet, open the app and try the new bottom navigation. Tap Dashboard, Visitor Insights, and your workspace logo a few times in a normal session — the difference shows up quickly once those destinations are always one tap away.

We will keep refining mobile and tablet usability based on how teams actually work in the field. If something still feels one step too far, tell us. The goal is simple: the same insights, with less friction, wherever you open DigitalPilot.
