Setting Up Notifications with Slack

What You Get

DigitalPilot's Slack integration sends website visitor insights directly to a Slack channel. You can turn on or off each notification type so your team stays informed without getting overwhelmed.

Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Go to Integrations

• Log in to your DigitalPilot account (or sign up if you don't have one).
• In the right-hand top menu, go to Integrations.
• Click Slack to open the Slack setup page.

2. Connect Slack

• Click the purple Add to Slack button.
• You'll be redirected to Slack's authorization page. Choose the Slack workspace and the channel where you want DigitalPilot notifications to appear.
• Authorize the connection. You'll be sent back to DigitalPilot; the page will refresh and show that Slack is connected.

3. Choose Your Notifications

After connecting, you'll see a Notifications section with toggles for each type. Turn on the ones you want:

• Daily — A daily summary in the morning with your website's visitor insights.
• High Intent — Real-time alerts when companies showing high-intent behavior visit your site.
• Target Accounts — Instant alerts when a business on one of your target account lists visits your site.
• Lead Capture — Alerts when a lead email is captured from your website into the Lead Center.

Toggle each option on or off; your choices are saved automatically.

Managing Your Slack Connection

To change the Slack channel or app settings, click Manage on Slack on the Slack integration page. To stop receiving notifications and disconnect Slack, use the Remove Slack option at the bottom of the page.
