Where to Find Your Invoices

You can access your invoices at any time through the Billing Portal in your DigitalPilot account.

Step-by-Step: View Your Invoices

1. Log in to your DigitalPilot account.
2. In the left-hand menu, click on Billing Portal.
3. Scroll down to the Invoices History section.
4. You’ll see a list of all past invoices, including:
   • Invoice date
   • Amount charged
   • Payment status (e.g., Paid, Pending)
5. To view an invoice in detail, click on the invoice number or Download button.

Each invoice includes a breakdown of:

• Campaign charges
• Applicable taxes
• Payment method used

Tips and Best Practices

• Download invoices monthly for your accounting records.
• Double-check billing info (name, address, tax ID) in your account to ensure it appears correctly on your invoices.
